Sales strategy and planning: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies, plans, and targets to achieve company goals.
Team supervision and support: Oversee and support the sales team, providing coaching, training, and mentorship. Help with recruitment and handle employee performance issues.
Daily operations: Manage daily sales operations and processes, which may include administrative tasks, customer issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Performance analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Client and stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing and product teams, to align sales and promotional activities and optimize the sales funnel.
Business development: Help identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
