Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors and business partners
Support the team in generating quality business opportunities through field activities and networking
Guide and motivate advisors to improve performance and productivity
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and market visits with the team
Help customers choose suitable life insurance solutions based on their needs
Ensure smooth onboarding and engagement of advisors
Coordinate with branch staff for lead support and business development activities
Maintain high standards of customer service and relationship management
Ensure timely documentation and process compliance
Contribute to branch growth through team handling and market development
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Experience in sales, BFSI, insurance, banking, or field sales preferred
Strong team coordination
Local market knowledge will be an added advantage
