Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, assisting in sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
Identify potential customers and generate leads through calls, site visits, and references
Handle client queries and provide accurate information about products/services
Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Conduct follow-ups and ensure closure of sales deals
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer data
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales processes
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good negotiation and convincing skills
Willingness to travel (if required)
