Assist the Manager in planning and managing day-to-day operations
Supervise, guide, and motivate team members
Monitor performance and ensure targets and KPIs are met
Handle customer escalations and ensure service quality
Support recruitment, training, and performance reviews
Prepare reports, schedules, and operational updates
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency
Act as Manager-in-Charge in the Manager’s absence
