Job Description

Janaas Consultancy Services is looking for an experienced Real Estate Field Experience Manager to join our team at Thaiyur & Mambakkam. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate field sales, customer relationship management, lead follow-up, and business development.

The candidate will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, conducting client meetings and property visits, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on real estate leads.

- Conduct field visits, client meetings, cold calling, and property presentations.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Identify new prospects and convert leads into sales.

- Develop effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

- Negotiate with customers and close property deals.

- Maintain and update the client and lead database.

- Track sales performance and submit regular reports to management.

- Research local real estate market trends and identify new business opportunities.

- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer handling.

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate with 3–6+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Field Sales / Business Development.

- Strong knowledge of real estate sales and field operations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Good customer relationship and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits.

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM and technology tools.

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
