
Job Responsibilities:
Recruit and develop Insurance Advisors / Agents
Train and motivate agents to achieve sales targets
Drive life insurance sales through agency channel
Achieve monthly and yearly business targets
Support agents in closing deals and customer meetings
Build strong relationships with agents and customers
Ensure compliance with company policies
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company norms)
Minimum 6 months – 2 years sales experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
Good communication & convincing skills
