About the Role

Restrotech POS is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Area Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our customer base in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential businesses, presenting our POS solutions, converting leads into customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned area.

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital channels.

• Approach restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, hotels, retail businesses, and other potential POS users.

• Understand customer requirements and demonstrate Restrotech POS software and solutions.

• Conduct product presentations and arrange demos for prospective customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closing, and onboarding.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely conversion.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the implementation/support team for smooth customer onboarding.

• Collect market feedback and monitor competitor products, pricing, and activities.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales pipelines, and closures.

• Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, SaaS sales, POS, or software sales.

• Experience selling to restaurants, cafés, hotels, retail stores, or other businesses will be an advantage.
