We are hiring a City Manager to lead RingPay Personal Loan field sales operations at the city level.
The role involves managing multiple field teams, ensuring onboarding of eligible customers, driving disbursement targets, and maintaining RingPay’s compliance and service standards.
👉 Structure Mandatory:
1 City Manager → 6–7 Team Leaders
Each Team Leader → 10–12 Field Sales Executives

📌 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 City-Level Team Leadership
Manage & supervise 6–7 Team Leaders
Ensure each Team Leader maintains 10–12 active field executives
Drive hiring, onboarding, and productivity of teams
Conduct daily/weekly performance review meetings
🔹 RingPay Loan Sales Execution
Achieve monthly city-level login & disbursement targets
Ensure customer onboarding as per RingPay eligibility norms
Monitor lead quality, approval ratio & disbursement pipeline
Support Team Leaders during high-value or critical field cases
🔹 Field Operations & Coordination
Review daily MIS, login reports, disbursement trackers
Coordinate with RingPay operations, credit & support teams
Ensure timely resolution of customer & field escalations
Optimize field routes and manpower utilization
🔹 Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure 100% KYC, document accuracy & verification
Strictly follow RingPay SOPs, audit & compliance guidelines
Control mis-selling, fake logins, or policy deviations
🔹 Training & Capability Building
Train Team Leaders on RingPay product, eligibility & process
Conduct refresher sessions on compliance & customer handling
Build a strong leadership pipeline for Area/Regional growth
