Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Kitchen Sinks & Sanitaryware ,Location: [Aurangabad - MH]

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage sales and business development for our kitchen sinks, faucets, and sanitaryware product lines in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building materials or sanitaryware, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to lead channel partners and field sales teams to achieve revenue goals.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote kitchen sinks, sanitaryware, and bathroom/kitchen fittings across retail, wholesale, and project channels.

• Appoint and manage channel partners, dealers, distributors, and retailers in the assigned area.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to drive project sales.

• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Provide product training and support to channel partners and field staff.

• Ensure effective display and branding of products at dealer counters and retail outlets.

• Monitor inventory levels and order placements with distributors.

• Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and feedback with senior management.

• Ensure timely collections and credit control in coordination with the finance team.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in sanitaryware, kitchen hardware, or building materials sales.

• Proven track record in channel sales and dealer management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of the local market and customer behavior in the region.

• Proficient in MS Office,

• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

• Prior experience with brands in sanitaryware, faucets, tiles, or modular kitchen segment.

• Strong network of dealers, distributors, and influencers in the assigned area.
