We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our team at SONSHIV INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED, The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
2.Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors/dealers in the assigned area.
3.Expand market reach by identifying new business opportunities and territories.
4.Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, and distributor performance.
4.Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit control.
5.Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and pricing.
6.Lead, guide, and monitor Sales Executives/Officers in the region
7.Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market
8.Coordinate with internal teams (dispatch, production, accounts) for smooth operations.
9.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analysis

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
