Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.

• Develop and implement area-level sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth channels.

2. Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives / Sales Officers.

• Conduct regular team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.

• Ensure team members follow company sales processes and reporting standards.

3. Market Expansion & Channel Development

• Develop and manage distributor, dealer, and channel partner networks.

• Monitor channel performance and ensure proper product availability across markets.

• Identify and appoint new distributors/retailers where required.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relations with key customers, distributors, and retailers.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations in coordination with the support team.

• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.

5. Reporting & Analysis

• Track sales performance, competitor trends, and market insights.

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management.

• Ensure proper forecasting, stock planning, and territory management.

6. Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and brand visibility.

• Collaborate with logistics and accounts departments for smooth order processing and payments.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational standards.
