We are looking for a Area Sales Officer to join our team at SFORCE. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,500 - ₹22,500 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into business.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.
Develop effective strategies to increase business and revenue.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and share updates with management.
Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
Generate new business through lead generation and market development.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
