Job responsibilities-

i. Identifying new Stores for SIS (shop in shop) and initiate discussions with them

(Business Development)

ii. To monitor the total Working of the SIS Section in the Store.

iii. Guide the Counter Sales Staff, Maintain his Discipline.

iv. Ensure the Store is Following Standard Shop-in-Shop protocols set by the

Company.

v. Ensure all MIS reports are sent in time.

vi. Strict Discipline is maintained regarding Remittance of Sales Proceeds and

Reordering.

vii. Ensure Proper Hygiene is maintained in our SIS.

viii. Conduct Audit on a regular Basis.

ix. Collect information regarding Competitor and Market Activities.

x. Monitor the Working of the Whole Store to ensure that our section is not neglected.

xi. Administrative charge of Sales Staff and assesses their working.
