We are dedicated to providing high-quality education resources for medical and paramedical students across India.With a mission to transform how future doctors and healthcare professionals are trained, we work closely with medical institutions, faculty, and students across India to bridge the gap between traditional teaching and 21st-century learning needs.We are currently expanding our team and looking for self-driven individuals who are passionate about education, innovation, and impact.About the Role:We are looking for graduates to join our team as Area Sales Managers to drive revenue through direct sales by recruiting, training, and managing Dealer Network.Key Requirements• Graduates with 5 to 7 years of Sales & Marketing experience. • Direct sales & Dealer Expansion and Development Experience Mandatory. 5 years of experience in appointing Dealers. Ie. Insurance or Banking or experience in working with Broker - sub channels, Telecom sector, etc• Proven track record in managing indirect sales and partner networks• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills• Willingness to travel across regions• Fluency in English and local language mandatory• Natives of specified locations only need apply Key Responsibilities:• Conduct field visits and campus outreach activities to promote our e-learning comprehensive solutions• Recruit and onboard Dealers to promote our e-learning solutions• Train Dealers on e-learning features and sales strategies• Drive daily/weekly/monthly sales targets in your assigned territory.• Monitor Dealers activities and support them in lead conversions.• Identify potential institutions and opportunities for partnership.
