Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive revenue through direct sales and dealer network management in the Bangalore region. The role involves recruiting, training, and managing dealers while achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Requirements

• Graduate with 5–7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

• Direct sales and dealer expansion experience is mandatory

• Minimum 5 years of experience in appointing and managing dealers

• Experience in Insurance, Banking, Telecom, or Broker/Sub-channel models preferred

• Proven track record in indirect sales and partner network management

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within the region

• Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory

• Candidates native to or based in Bangalore preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits, institutional visits, and outreach activities

• Promote Medigurukulam’s e-learning and digital education solutions

• Recruit, onboard, and manage dealer partners

• Train dealers on product features, pricing, and sales strategies

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Monitor dealer performance and support lead conversions

• Identify new institutions and partnership opportunities
