Job Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential dealers in the assigned territory.
Visit potential dealers at least twice a week for business development and relationship building.
Follow up with prospective dealers and support them throughout the onboarding process.
Build and expand the dealer network across the assigned area.
Conduct regular field visits to meet dealers, understand their needs, and drive sales.
Maintain regular sales reports, lead records, and dealer follow-up updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth dealer onboarding and operations.
Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry; experience in EV, electric scooters, batteries, or e-rickshaws will be preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for dealer visits and business development.
Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
Comfortable working primarily in the field.
Key Role
The candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding the dealer network through regular field visits, building strong dealer relationships, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.
