Role Overview:

The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, PMC firms.The role involves identifying new project opportunities, generating specifications, and ensuring successful order closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand the project sales business in the assigned territory.

Identify upcoming residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Build strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

Generate product approvals and specifications in ongoing and upcoming projects.

Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for customers and consultants. Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate pricing to close business.

Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Maintain regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and project pipelines.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline. 3–10 years of experience in Project Sales/B2B Sales.

Experience in the Building Materials, Pipes & Fittings, Plumbing, Construction or related industry. Strong network with Architects, Builders, Consultants, PMCs, Contractors etc.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
