Job Summary:
Responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, managing dealer/distributor networks, and promoting cattle feed products in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for cattle feed.
Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, dairy owners, dealers, and distributors.
Conduct regular field visits to generate inquiries and close sales.
Identify new market opportunities and expand channel network.
Ensure proper product availability and timely supply in the market.
Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Execute promotional activities, demos, and farmer meetings.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in cattle feed/Dairy/Agri sales (preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and travelling.
Basic knowledge of cattle nutrition and feed products is an added advantage.
Ability to build strong dealer and farmer relationships.
Graduate in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, or any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
