JOB OPENING – SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana

We are looking for experienced, energetic and result-oriented Sales Professionals to join our growing team.

Open Positions

- Sales Executive

- Senior Sales Executive

- Area Sales Manager

Industry Preference

Candidates having experience in Building Materials, Construction Materials, Interior Products, Architectural Products or related industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities and generate sales in the assigned territory.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Dealers, Distributors, Contractors, Builders, Architects, Interior Designers and Project Teams.

- Regularly visit potential customers, ongoing construction projects and interior sites.

- Generate new enquiries, follow up with customers and convert leads into confirmed orders.

- Promote and explain iMGUARD products and solutions to customers.

- Develop and expand the dealer and channel partner network.

- Identify new projects, upcoming construction sites and business opportunities.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.

- Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial discussions.

- Coordinate internally for order processing, dispatch and customer requirements.

- Follow up for pending payments wherever required.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain proper customer records and submit regular sales and visit reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience in Building Material / Construction / Interior Product Sales is preferred.

- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Strong ability to develop new customers and maintain professional relationships.

- Knowledge of the Gurugram and Delhi NCR Building & Interior Market will be an advantage.

- Comfortable with regular field visits and client meetings.

- Target-oriented, self-motivated and capable of independently handling sales activities.

- Own two-wheeler / vehicle will be preferred.

Experience

Sales Executive: 1–3 Years

Senior Sales Executive: 3–6 Years

Area Sales Manager: 5+ Years
