The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for solar solutions within the assigned territory. The role includes achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments, and managing dealers, distributors, and channel partners. The candidate will build strong customer relationships, handle negotiations, and ensure successful closures while coordinating with internal teams for smooth project execution and after-sales support. The position also involves market analysis, reporting, and maintaining CRM data. Ideal candidates should have 1–8 years of sales experience (preferably in solar/renewable/EPC/ Battery/RO), strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel extensively.
