We are looking for a Area Sales Officer to join our team . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹24,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, develop, and manage a team of insurance advisors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
Drive business growth by achieving monthly sales targets.
Provide training, guidance, and motivation to advisors for better performance.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Ensure high-quality customer service and long-term client relationships.
Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Follow company policies and maintain compliance in all business activities.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
