We are looking for a Area Sales Officer to join our team at HDFC LIFE. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.

• Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve sales targets.

• Generate new business through advisor networks and referrals.

• Drive life insurance sales and achieve monthly business goals.

• Conduct regular meetings and field visits with advisors.

• Monitor advisor performance and provide continuous guidance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation.

• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.

• Identify new market opportunities to grow the business.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
