We are looking for a Area Sales Officer to join our team at HDFC LIFE. Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Guide agents in selling HDFC Life insurance products.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and customers.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
