VACANCY – SALES OFFICER

Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

DHRITI MARKET MAKERS is looking for a young, energetic and result-oriented Sales Officer to develop and manage the retail market in Meerut.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and develop Chemist/Pharmacy, General Stores, Cosmetics Shops and Personal Care retailers in the assigned territory.

- Generate regular orders and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Develop new retailers and distributors and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Promote and sell company products in personal care, hygiene, cosmetics, OTC, perfume/deodorant and related categories.

- Ensure proper product visibility, display and availability at retail outlets.

- Take regular market feedback regarding products, pricing, competition and customer requirements.

- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection as per company policy.

- Maintain daily market visit reports, order details and customer data.

- Work towards increasing distribution, secondary sales and market coverage.

- Coordinate with distributors and the company team for smooth order and supply execution.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1–5 years in field sales preferred.

- Experience in FMCG, OTC, Pharma, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Hygiene or similar categories will be preferred.

- Candidates having an existing network among chemists, general stores and cosmetics retailers in Meerut will have an advantage.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Must be comfortable with extensive field work.

- Should be target-oriented, disciplined and result-oriented.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary & Benefits

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

+ TA/DA as per company norms
