Area Sales Officer

Position: Cloud Kitchen Supervisor
Location: South Delhi/South East Delhi  
Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years
Employment Type: Full-time (Managed timing according to business hours)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cloud Kitchen Supervisor to manage our fast-paced kitchen operations effectively. The successful candidate will oversee daily activities, ensure optimal kitchen performance, and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for operations while minimizing waste

• Oversee the use of kitchen dashboards such as Zomato and Swiggy for order tracking and performance and Ads metrics

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Train and support Cloud kitchen staff in their duties

• Manage staff scheduling to cover all shifts efficiently

• Resolve any issues related to kitchen operations promptly and effectively

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a cloud kitchen or similar fast-paced food service environment

• Must have his own vehicle.

• Demonstrated knowledge of operating kitchen dashboards like Zomato/Swiggy

• Strong capability in inventory management and resource planning

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
