Job Summary

As a Area Sales Manager (ASM) in the cosmetics industry, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and creating new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on client acquisition, increasing sales volume with existing clients, and expanding product offerings. You will also be involved in market analysis and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & New Client Acquisition: Identify and approach new clients through various channels such as emails and networking. Focus on building a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Coordination & Retention: Regularly engage with existing clients to explore opportunities for increasing sales volume. Promote Product Diversification: Encourage existing clients to purchase a broader range of products from the company to enhance their business and increase order volume.

Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, market activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for business development.

Sales Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Provide regular updates to the management team on performance and market trends.

It is a Field Job.

Location: Candidates based in Chennai.

Work Background: Candidate to have a work background in one of the following industries: Cosmetics, Food, Confectionery, Household Items, Imitation Jewelry, Baby Care, Stationery etc:

Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in general trade, with proven experience in business development or sales in relevant industries.

Qualifications: Graduation (any field)

Salary: 30k to 35k per month (CTC).
