Territory Manager (TM)– Critical Care Division Urgent Requirement: Cedna Biotech is Hiring! Position: Territory Manager (Critical Care Division) Location: Punjab– Jalandhar, Ludhiana and Chandigarh Experience: Minimum 3– 5 years in Pharma Sales (Critical Care preferred); team-handling exposure is an advantage. Qualification: BSc, B Pharma or Graduate in any discipline. Salary: Negotiable, based on experience Wearelooking for a dynamic Territory Manager to oversee and drive sales operations in the assigned territory. The candidate must be well-versed in critical care product promotion and capable of supporting and guiding field teams. Good Communication skills is necessary. Key Responsibilities: • Manageandsupport Medical Representatives and stockists in the assigned territory • Build and strengthen relationships with key doctors and hospital stakeholders • Drive achievement of sales targets and territory growth • Monitor market trends and competitor activities • Ensure timely reports, forecasts, and compliance Requirements: • Minimum5years ofpharmaexperience, preferably in Critical Care • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills • Proven ability to manage territory and achieve targets.
