Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets of the assigned territory.
Track daily/weekly sales and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Implement sales promotion schemes and ensure execution at market level.
Appoint new distributors, dealers, and retailers to strengthen the network.
Identify potential markets, new opportunities, and competitor gaps.
Increase product penetration in rural and urban areas.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, mechanics, and influencers.
Monitor distributor stock, orders, secondary sales, and timely payments.
Conduct product training and motivate dealer staff.
Conduct regular market visits (minimum 20–25 days a month).
Collect competitor information: pricing, schemes, new launches, market activities.
Submit daily market reports, sales reports, and planning sheets.
Execute marketing campaigns, product demos, and mechanic meets.
Ensure visibility through POS materials, banners, boards, and branding activities.
Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with the service team.
Ensure timely fulfilment of orders and maintain customer satisfaction.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good market knowledge
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Self-motivated with target-oriented approach
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp reporting, emails)
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
Graduate / Diploma preferred
1–3 years of experience in sales (FMCG, Lubricants, Automotive, Consumer goods)
