Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager with strong expertise in FMCG sales and excellent market knowledge. The candidate should have prior working experience with reputed brands such as Bikano, Haldiram's, and Aashirvaad.

The ideal candidate must be capable of handling distributor networks, market expansion, sales growth, and team management while maintaining strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

• Handle and expand distributor and dealer networks in the assigned area.

• Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners.

• Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

• Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team for better performance.

• Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and performance analysis.

• Conduct regular market visits and ensure proper product availability and visibility.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in FMCG sales.

• Prior experience with brands like Bikano, Haldiram's, and Aashirvaad preferred.

• Graduation in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).

• Must have good market knowledge and distributor handling experience.
