Altor Lifesciences Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to strengthen its sales team.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.

• Strong experience in Orthopaedic and Dermatology segments is mandatory.

• Exposure to General segment will be an added advantage.

• Strong product detailing and ethical promotion skills.

• Good knowledge of the local topography and market dynamics.

• Established professional relationships with leading doctors in the assigned territory.

• Proven ability in doctor identification, lead generation and conversion.

• Strong chemist/retail coverage and rapport-building skills.

• Excellent team-handling and leadership capabilities.

• Ability to achieve sales targets through effective territory planning and execution.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the assigned territory to achieve sales objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors, chemists and other stakeholders.

• Conduct effective product detailing and ensure strong product knowledge among the team.

• Generate new doctor leads and convert them into regular prescribers.

• Plan and execute field activities for Orthopaedic, Dermatology and General segments.

• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve business targets.

• Develop the territory through effective coverage, follow-ups and customer engagement.

Compensation
