Key Responsibilities:
🟤 Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
Identify and reach out to potential clients, especially architects and interior designers.
Regular follow-ups on cold and warm leads through phone and WhatsApp.
🟤 Client Meetings & Presentations:
Conduct showroom and site meetings with prospective clients.
Present product offerings and design options in a consultative selling format.
Maintain a minimum of 6 showroom meetings per week.
🟤 Sales Closures:
Own the sales pipeline from inquiry to booking.
Follow up on payments, documentation, and work with the backend team for execution.
🟤 Architect/Designer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, and consultants.
Attend and conduct meetings to pitch Timberstone’s solutions.
Drive repeat and referral business through professional rapport.
🟤 Reporting & CRM:
Maintain accurate lead and sales data in CRM or Google Sheets.
Share weekly activity and performance reports with the Sales Director.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable in field sales and client-facing roles
Basic understanding of architectural or building material products is a plus
Fluent in Hindi and English
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Strong follow-up and closing skills
