Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager (Field Sales) to lead our business development efforts in Hyderabad, Telangana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical field, specifically in cardio surgery, nephro surgery and critical care products. The candidate must possess strong relationship management skills, field sales expertise and a deep understanding of the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals and healthcare professionals.

·       Promote and demonstrate medical products related to cardio surgery, nephro surgery and critical care.

·       Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups with clients and prospects.

·       Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.

·       Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop counter strategies.

·       Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts and market analysis to the management.

·       Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, delivery and after-sales support.

·       Ensure compliance with all company policies and medical regulations.

Job Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy or any relevant field.

·       Minimum 4 to 5 years of proven field sales experience in the medical domain.

·       Strong knowledge and existing network in cardio surgery, nephrology and critical care sectors.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently, travel extensively within the region and manage time effectively.

·       Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

·       Must possess a valid driving license.
