We are looking for a AREA SALES MANAGER to join our team at Akasa Clean Energy Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 - ₹25,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive sales of E-rickshaw batteries and electric scooters in assigned territory
· Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
· Appoint new distributors, dealers and sub-dealers
· Regular market visits and dealer relationship management
· Generate orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
· Handle collections and ensure minimum outstanding
· Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
· Ensure proper branding and product visibility at dealer points
· Resolve dealer complaints and service-related issues
· Daily reporting and MIS update to management
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
