Key Responsibilities
Handle and lead a team of Sales Representatives (SRs) across Varanasi and surrounding territories
Develop new markets in urban and rural belts (Varanasi city, outskirts, nearby towns) Appoint new distributors and channel partners within the region
Build long-term, sustainable relationships with distributors and retailers
Achieve sales targets and expand brand visibility in the region
Key Requirements
4–5 years of experience in FMCG or beverages industry (preferably in Eastern UP market)
Strong understanding of Varanasi market, distributor network, and retail ecosystem
Proven experience in team handling and territory expansion
