Area Sales Executive - B2B Steel Trading

⚠️ READ SALARY STRUCTURE CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING: This job starts with a strict 50-Day Field Probation.

• During the 50 days: You get ₹1,000 per week strictly for bike petrol/expenses + ₹10,000 lump-sum bonus on successful completion of the 50 days.

• From Day 51: Once you prove you can close FTL deals, you get a permanent salary of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month + Heavy Uncapped Commissions. If you cannot survive a 50-day proving ground on the streets, do not apply.

Company Profile Indian Green Steel Supplychain is a 25-year legacy iron and steel trading firm. We supply wholesale structural steel directly from our Ghaziabad godown to major projects across UP.

Your Role in Kanpur We do not sell retail in Kanpur. You will only hunt for massive FTL (Full Truck Load) orders of 15 to 25 Metric Tons.

• You will be on your bike 100% of the time, visiting major construction sites, infrastructure projects, and local steel stockists in Kanpur.

• Your job is to pitch our TMT, MS Pipes, and Structural Steel at direct-from-source wholesale rates that beat local Kanpur prices.

• Must be able to speak confidently with big contractors and build solid relationships over chai.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must have your own bike and smartphone.

• Must know the roads, industrial areas, and contractor networks of Kanpur inside-out.

• Daily GPS location tracking and site photos are mandatory. Fake reporting will result in immediate termination.
