Business Development Associate (Santhal Pargana)
Role Overview: Focuses on regional outreach to expand G-SOFT’s user base within the Santhal Pargana districts (Dumka, Deoghar, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through local networking and digital outreach.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective students or institutions.
Maintain strong client relationships and manage lead records in a CRM.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Preference for candidates with local knowledge of the Santhal Pargana geographic area.
Willingness to meet monthly outreach and enrollment targets.
Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
