Job Title: Master Tailor – Formal Wear & Uniform Production

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled tailor who can cut, stitch, and finish formal employee uniforms with high quality and accuracy. The candidate should understand measurements, patterns, and bulk production while maintaining premium finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Take accurate body measurements and interpret size charts

• Cut fabric according to patterns and specifications

• Stitch formal garments such as:

  • Shirts

  • Trousers

  • Blazers / Waistcoats

  • Office uniforms

• Ensure clean finishing, fitting, and pressing

• Maintain production targets and timelines

• Reduce fabric wastage and control material usage

• Repair or alter garments when required

• Operate industrial sewing machines safely

• Maintain cleanliness and machine condition in the workspace

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 0–5 years experience in tailoring formal wear or uniforms

• Strong cutting and pattern-making skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Knowledge of bulk production processes

• Attention to detail and finishing quality

• Experience working with cotton, poly-viscose, suiting fabric, etc.

• Time management and discipline

Preferred (Optional)

• Experience in factory or workshop production

• Knowledge of grading sizes for bulk orders

• Ability to train junior tailors/helpers

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹[10,000 – 20,000] per month (based on skill & output)
