We are hiring skilled Tailors / Stitching Operators to work on a range of garments including silk-like fabrics, nightwear, women’s wear, men’s shirts, trousers, dresses, and accessories like pillow covers and scrunchies.

Candidates must be able to stitch clean, accurate and high-quality garments.
Freshers with basic stitching knowledge will receive training.

🟦 Key Responsibilities:

• Stitching garments as per patterns and samples

• Operating industrial sewing machines (Single Needle, Overlock, Flatlock)

• Producing high-quality finishes on silk/satin fabrics

• Handling delicate lightweight fabrics without damage

• Following size measurements & patterns correctly

• Completing daily production quantity

• Maintaining cleanliness and care of machines

• Working with cutting master & QC for corrections

🟩 Required Skills:

• Ability to stitch neatly and accurately

• Knowledge of different machines (Single Needle, OL, Kansai, Pico etc.)

• Experience with silk, satin, rayon or flowy fabric (preferred)

• Ability to follow measurement charts

• Understanding of garment construction

• Speed + quality balance

• Teamwork and discipline

🟨 Freshers / Semi-Skilled Tailors Can Also Apply

If the tailor is fresher or semi-skilled:

• 1-month training will be given

• Stipend during training (₹6,000 – ₹8,000)

• Salary increases based on skill improvement
