Tailor

We are looking for a SAMPLING TAILOR to join our team at Expose Apparels Private Limited. We are looking for a skilled Sampling Tailor who can stitch garment samples as per our requirements and design specifications. The candidate should have good knowledge of garment construction, fittings, measurements, and finishing standards. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stitch samples according to design sheets, patterns, and specifications.

• Understand garment measurements and construction details.

• Handle different types of fabrics and machines efficiently.

• Coordinate with merchandising, design, and sampling departments.

• Make corrections and alterations as per buyer comments or fit approvals.

• Ensure high-quality stitching and finishing of garments.

• Maintain timely completion of samples within deadlines.

• Check measurements and fitting before final submission.

• Operate sewing machines and related equipment properly.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of fabrics and accessories.
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires Good knowledge of garment stitching.

• Ability to understand patterns and measurement charts.

• Experience in western wear, ethnic wear, knit, or woven garments.

• Knowledge of industrial sewing machines.

• Attention to detail and finishing quality.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
