The Store Manager at Taneira is responsible for leading the overall retail operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and driving sales performance in line with brand standards. The role involves managing a team, maintaining visual merchandising excellence, and delivering premium service aligned with the brand’s ethos of elegance and craftsmanship in ethnic wear.
The Store Manager is accountable for achieving sales targets, optimizing store profitability, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. They play a key role in staff training, customer engagement, inventory management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
This position requires a strong understanding of luxury or ethnic fashion retail, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to create a high-performance, customer-centric environment.
