Job Summary

GSTC Corporation Limited is looking for an experienced Purchase Manager for its boutique operations. The candidate will be responsible for purchasing fabrics, garments, accessories, and other materials required for boutique production while ensuring the best prices, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Source fabrics, designer materials, garment accessories, and other boutique-related products.

Identify and develop relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Manage purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and procurement records.

Coordinate with designers, production teams, and vendors to meet material requirements.

Monitor inventory and ensure the timely availability of required materials.

Research market trends, new fabrics, and fashion accessories.

Maintain quality standards and resolve supplier-related issues.

Control purchasing costs and ensure materials are procured within budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in purchasing or procurement in the boutique, garment, or fashion industry.

Good knowledge of fabrics, textiles, designer materials, and garment accessories.

Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

Good organizational and inventory management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements efficiently.
