Production Merchandiser

Job description: Retail Merchandiser (Ladies Ethnic wear )

1)      Capturing understanding customer requirement and fulfill the same on time.

2)      Analyzing fast moving items and discussing the same with block team and placing order for same (Maintaining fast selling items) .

3)      Pushing the slow moving item in sale, (updating slow Moving items to purchasers). Identifying the root cause and explain it to purchaser.

4)      Updating customer trends to purchaser (Article Wise).

5)      Maintain &Verifying Stock levels.

6)      Keep Close eye on trends, Patten, Colour charts and updating the same to purchaser and make sure this will be available in stock.

7)      Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately

8)      Ensure that stores, shelves as briefed are stocked with the right types and quantities of products

9)      Stock Replenishment.

10)   Responsible for Quality Check of the products in inward

11)   Managing inventory levels of assigned department at the floor.

12)   Launching of new products and categories at the stores and ensure timely replenishment.

13)   Ensure all CORE products availability at all times. (fast moving items in green/yellow levels

14)   Planning and coordination to ensure that the right product designs reach the store at the right time and in the correct quantities.

15)   Providing information whatsaap & sales team to ensure right product reaching right customer

16)   Enhancing product with good image or Specification

Skills:
Exp. in Ladies Ethnic wear

Diploma required (Apparel/ Fashion Designing)

4-5 Years’ Experience in merchandiser or retail
