Position Title:  Merchandiser  

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design / Clothing & Fashion Technology or any related fields. 

Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience   

 Job Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai  

 Roles and Responsibilities:   

• Manage end-to-end order execution from order receipt, costing, and confirmation to final dispatch 

• Coordinate with buyers, internal teams, and factory staff to ensure smooth order processing 

• Handle sample development, swatches, PP samples, and approval follow-ups 

• Prepare and monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans to ensure on-time deliveries 

• Track production progress and proactively resolve delays or issues 

• Ensure adherence to buyer quality standards and compliance requirements 

• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and final approvals 

• Maintain accurate ERP entries, documentation, and MIS reports 

• Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for dispatch readiness 

• Provide regular order status updates to buyers and internal stakeholders 

Skills:  

• 3+ years of experience in merchandising from order confirmation to final dispatch 

•  Costing, order confirmation, and production follow-ups 

• Experience in sourcing Fabric, trims, and accessories. 

• Sample development management (swatches, PP samples, approvals) 

• Planning and tracking production activities as per the Time & Action calendar. 

• Maintaining Quality standards  

• ERP system handling, documentation, and MIS reporting 

• Coordination with factory, logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams
