Job Title: Merchandiser
Key Responsibility
Assist in handling orders from sketch to development for woven ladies’ dress
categories.
Communicate daily with buyers for sample comments, approvals, and order
clarifications.
Support the senior merchant in managing the full product development.
Sound in woven ladies dresses, Layouts of rotary screen printing and digital printing.
Co-ordinate strike-off developments and approvals – track submission timelines,
follow up with mills/printers, and ensure buyer comments are implemented.
Monitor order status and ensure timely submission of samples (proto, fit, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of lab dips, strike-offs, and development samples.
Collaborate with QA and technical teams to align product development with quality
standards.
Coordinate with design, sampling, and production teams for timely sample
development and production planning.
Maintain T&A (Time and Action) calendar and escalate potential delays.
