Microsoft Excel (must-have)
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with buyers and vendors
Handle product development and sampling
Prepare costing sheets
Source fabrics and trims
Follow up on production timelines
Maintain the TNA (Time & Action Calendar)
Ensure quality standards are met
Coordinate shipment and delivery
Resolve production issues

Experience
Fresher: Internship or training in garment manufacturing is preferred.
1–3 years: Experience in merchandising, sampling, sourcing, or production coordination.
3+ years: Ability to independently handle buyer accounts and manage orders from development to shipment.
