Garment Merchant / Merchandiser - Female Candidate

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with buyers through phone and email for orders, approvals, and updates.
Handle complete merchandising process including costing, sampling, production follow-ups, and order execution.
Manage sample development (proto/fit/PP/shipment samples) and ensure timely approvals.
Place trims and accessory orders with vendors and track delivery.
Coordinate with fabric, trims, printing, and other suppliers for timely execution.
Prepare and maintain T&A, order sheets, and production reports.
Follow up with production teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.

Requirements:

3–8 years of experience in garment merchandising.
Strong communication skills (email + phone).
Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production flow.
Good command over MS Excel and documentation.
Ability to handle buyer accounts independently.
