Job Title: Garments Merchandiser (Sales with CRM)

Location: Tronica City, Ghaziabad – 201103

Industry: Garment Manufacturing / Apparel

Department: Sales & Merchandising

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Qualification:

1. Graduate with MBA (Marketing / International Business / Retail Management) preferred (If).

Experience:

1. 2–3 years of experience as a Garment Merchandiser / Sales Executive in the apparel or textile industry.

2. Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain client relationships using CRM.

2. Coordinate between buyers, production, and design teams to ensure timely order execution.

3. Handle product costing, sampling, and order follow-ups.

4. Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to meet targets.

5. Maintain detailed records of orders, shipments, and customer feedback.

6. Support the sales team with presentations, reports, and follow-ups.

7. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service.

Key Skills Required:

1. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

2. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM.

3. Good understanding of garment production and merchandising processes.

4. Attention to detail and time management skills.

5. Team-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
