We are looking for a Sampling Merchandiser - Bags to join our team at I. D. Exports to design garments and collections as per market trends and brand identity. This creative role requires planning, developing and creating new designs manually or using a computer. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 and an opportunity to work on innovative fashion projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Sample Management: Oversee the entire cycle from tech pack to final sample approval for global buyers.

• Costing & Sourcing: Master preliminary costing and source materials (leather, fabric, hardware) while ensuring RSL compliance.

• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the factory to troubleshoot construction issues and ensure samples meet strict quality standards.
  

  We Need:
  3–5 years of specialized experience in export merchandising, focusing on bags/leather goods.
  Strong product knowledge of bag construction and pattern adherence.
