Job Title: Fashion Consultant / Visual Merchandiser & Retail Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and fashion-forward individual to join our retail team. This role combines customer styling, visual merchandising, and daily retail operations to deliver a premium in-store experience while maintaining the brand's visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

Fashion Consulting

• Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their style, preferences, and occasion.

• Provide personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge.

• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience.

• Understand customer preferences and share insights with the team.

• Upsell and cross-sell products while maintaining a consultative approach.
  

Visual Merchandising

• Maintain store displays in line with the brand's visual guidelines.

• Create appealing product presentations to maximize customer engagement.

• Ensure mannequins and display areas are styled according to current collections.

• Refresh displays based on new arrivals, campaigns, and promotional activities.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the store.
  

Retail Operations

• Support daily opening and closing procedures.

• Manage inventory replenishment and stock organization.

• Assist in receiving, tagging, and arranging merchandise.

• Ensure products are displayed correctly and accurately priced.

• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock availability.

• Maintain trial rooms and customer service areas.
  

Customer Experience

• Welcome and engage every customer entering the store.

• Resolve customer queries professionally.

• Handle billing support when required.

• Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the retail experience.

• Deliver exceptional service aligned with the brand's standards.
  

Brand & Content Support

• Assist in styling products for in-store photoshoots and content creation.

• Support campaign launches, product drops, and store events.

• Coordinate product selection for content shoots when required.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Strong interest in fashion, streetwear, and current trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of styling principles and customer service.

• Basic knowledge of visual merchandising techniques.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
