Follow up on product development, sampling, and approvals.
Monitor order status from planning to final shipment.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, costing, and production updates.
Communicate customer requirements to relevant departments.
Ensure quality standards and delivery timelines are met.
Track fabric, trims, and accessories requirements for production.
Prepare reports related to orders, production, and inventory.
Resolve production and delivery issues in coordination with internal teams.
Support senior merchandisers in day-to-day merchandising activities.
